About Preorders
Preordering matters most on sets with constrained allocation. Release-day pricing on a hyped set can move 30–50% within the first week as distributor supply runs dry, and preorder buyers lock the earlier number.
Our preorder terms are simple: your allocation is reserved when you order, product ships on release day, and if a release is cancelled or our allocation is cut you are refunded in full with no restocking fee.

Preorders — Frequently Asked Questions
- When am I charged for a preorder?
- Your allocation is reserved when you place the order and confirmed before dispatch. If a release is cancelled or our allocation is cut, you are refunded in full with no restocking fee.
- Are these cards authentic?
- Yes. Every graded card is sold in its original, untampered PSA, BGS, CGC, or SGC holder and can be verified against the grader's public population report using the certification number printed on the label. Raw singles are hand-checked by our team before listing. If a card ever fails authentication, we refund it in full.
- How fast do orders ship?
- Orders placed before 2pm ET Monday–Friday ship the same business day from our Sayville, New York facility. Every card ships in a sleeve, toploader or graded-slab protector, and a rigid mailer, fully tracked. Orders over $199 ship free inside the United States.
- What is your return policy?
- You have 14 days from delivery to return any item that arrives not as described, in its original holder and packaging. See our refund policy for the full terms.
