PSA Value Bulk is the cheapest legitimate way to grade modern cards in 2026 — $27.99 per card vs $35.99 for standard Value, saving 22% per slab. The catch: you need 20+ cards in one order and a declared value of $499 or less each. Here's how to hit it, even if you only have a handful of cards.

1. Sneaking high-value cards in. One $700 card downgrades the whole order to Regular pricing.
