The two 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collections are the same box in two themes. Both hold 29 regular booster packs plus one Classic Collection booster of three cards. The difference is the promo pair and the artwork: Day brings a day-themed Pikachu ex with Espeon ex, Night brings a night-themed Pikachu ex with Umbreon ex.
Side by side
| Ultra-Premium Collection — Day | Ultra-Premium Collection — Night | |

| Promo cards | Day-themed Pikachu ex, Espeon ex | Night-themed Pikachu ex, Umbreon ex |
| Theme | Daylight artwork and matching accessories | Night artwork and matching accessories |
The pack structure both boxes share
Because pack counts are identical, neither version gives you more chances at the set. Every 30th Celebration booster contains five foil cards plus one foil Basic Energy, and every pack includes one of the 30 Pikachu rare cards made for the anniversary — randomly assigned, in both boxes equally. The extra Classic Collection booster in each Ultra-Premium Collection is a three-card pack and is the same inclusion on both sides.
Worth correcting a common assumption: an Ultra-Premium Collection is not a smaller box than an Elite Trainer Box for this release. At 29+1 packs it holds substantially more product than either ETB, alongside the display and accessory pieces.
How to choose
- Espeon collector: Day. It is the only version with Espeon ex.
- Umbreon collector: Night. Umbreon ex appears only here.
- Buying purely for packs: either — the pack contents are identical, so pick the artwork you would rather keep on a shelf.
- Collecting the pair: both boxes together give all four promos and the complete day/night display set.
