2013 Pokémon Black & White Legendary Treasures Pikachu, card #RC7 — Radiant Collection holo, graded PSA 9 Mint.

The Radiant Collection was a 25-card subset inside Legendary Treasures with its own RC numbering and a much lower pull rate than the main set, and RC7 Pikachu is its most-requested card.
