The Japanese sv2a set reissued the original 151 Kanto roster, and Bulbasaur #166 is its Art Rare treatment: the card is illustrated in a full-frame scene rather than the standard battle portrait, and it is the version most people mean when they search for a Bulbasaur 151 in a PSA 10 holder. Japanese Art Rares use a textured foil that picks up print lines and edge nicks easily, so gem copies are the ones worth holding.
