2021 Pokémon Celebrations Ultra-Premium Collection Charizard metal card, #4 — graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, with a Mitsuhiro Arita autograph in both kanji and English plus an original Charizard sketch drawn on the PSA slab (on the holder, not on the card).

Two separate things make this a one-of-one rather than a listing you can comparison-shop. First, the item itself: the metal Charizard was only available inside the Celebrations Ultra-Premium Collection, and metal cards damage differently from cardboard — dings and finish marks, not creases — so Gem Mint 10 is the meaningful grade. Second, Mitsuhiro Arita is the illustrator of the original 1999 Base Set Charizard, and he has signed this holder in two scripts and hand-drawn a Charizard on it. The sketch is unique to this slab; no second identical piece exists.

The PSA grade covers the card. The autograph and sketch are on the holder and are shown in full in the photographs — please review them closely, as this is a display piece bought for exactly what is on the slab.
