2000 Pokémon WOTC Base Chinese foil pack featuring Charizard — sealed pack, graded PSA 10 Gem Mint.

This is a sealed booster pack with Charizard artwork, not a single card, which is why it is graded on the pack itself: PSA assesses the wrapper's corners, seams, centring of the print and crimp condition. Chinese-language WOTC-era product had a much smaller distribution than English or Japanese, and sealed packs from that run rarely surface in gem condition because wrappers crease at the crimp long before anything else.
